Currently the valueFunction to format legends only passes the value.  It would be useful to be able to know which legend item was selected, so custom formatting can be done.

Here is my example:

I have 3 legend items, "All", "Test" and "Annotations", I would don't want any values to show for the "Annotations" legend item, but format for the others.

Is there a way of doing this now that I have not uncovered?
