Removing category labels in Radar chart is not very straightforward, or intuitive. To do it, use radarCategoriesEnabled setting in value axis setting.
Please note that this will just hide those labels, it will not expand the chart itself to cover the space.
Radar chart has a fixed radius (35% by default). To increase the radius use radius setting. To cover the whole area, use 50%, or a bit smaller number.
