By default chart axis title can be aligned to center of the axis only.
This demo uses chart labels (allLabels) to display custom text, anywhere on the chart as right/top-aligned axis titles.
It also gracefully uses autoMarginOffset to automatically make room for those labels next to auto-sized axes.
