When you acquire a license for amCharts software, the following information is collected by Cleverbridge and shared with us:

- Any other information that is relative to the order and its fulfillment.
When you subscribe to any of our email newsletters we collect the following information:
- Your email address.
When you browse amCharts websites the following information is collected by a 3rd party analytical services:
- Your IP address;
- Information about your setup, like browser and operating system version.
When you email or otherwise contact amCharts helpdesk the following information is collected by a 3rd party helpdesk service:
- Your first and last names.
- Your email address.
- Subject and content of your message including all attachments.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to sell our goods and services to you, to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Where is your information held
Information is held on the servers operated by credible third parties like Hostinger International Ltd. and Cloudflare, Inc. physically located in the European Union or United States of America.
International data transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), most notably in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the GDPR:
- Transfers to providers in the United States are protected through their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, and/or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Our U.S.-based sub-processors (Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC) are active participants in all three frameworks.
- Transfers to providers in other jurisdictions rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions where applicable, or on equivalent contractual safeguards.

amCharts license and service purchases are conducted by cleverbridge AG, incorporated within the EU (Germany). cleverbridge AG acts as the merchant of record for these transactions and is an independent data controller for the personal data it collects during checkout; their own privacy policy governs that data. Controlling your personal information
