Introducing Chart AI Assistant
Use amCharts’ AI Assistant to jump-start the creation of your charts. It will generate amCharts 5 code from an uploaded image, a sketch made right there within the tool, or via text prompts, and it will even make modifications as requested.

Supported chart types

- Hierarchy diagrams (Treemap, Suburst, etc.)
- Flow diagrams (Sankey, Chord, etc.)
What it can do?
- Generate the code for the latest amCharts 5 library.
- Export the code as standalone HTML/JavaScript or open in CodePen.
- Make modifications to code based on request, e.g. changing colors, adding legend, using another data.
What it cannot do?
- Use user-uploaded data. You can provide the specifics about the nature of data, but the tool will still generate sample data.
- Extract data from sketch/image. It will use the image to determine
- Save or embed the generated chart.
- Load previous chat sessions.
- Generate code for Stock Chart.

During initial introductory phase, the tool is free to use for everyone. That said, it is an experiment, and we don’t yet know what form it will take in the future.
As with all AI tools, it is based on a 3rd party AI backend—OpenAI ChatGPT—which means that all input will be processed by OpenAI software.
